Tropical Storm Idalia Preparations

As you prepare for the approaching storm, so are we. 
 
We are coordinating efforts ahead of the storm to keep any interruptions to your internet and TV service to a minimum.  Our Network Operations Center is monitoring the situation closely and making preparations to keep your services active.  We have implemented our severe weather response protocols to ensure coverage during the anticipated storm window.  Any identified service interruptions will be communicated to the affected customers through our standard notification protocols.  Additional notifications will be provided if the forecast significantly increases in severity.  Our Network Operations Center and our Customer Support teams will remain open and available throughout the duration of the storm.
