Now that you know what you’ve been missing,
Manage Wi-Fi network configurations for users and devices with our ConnectionAssist platform, which includes our Profile Manager SDK (Software Development Kit), Mobile Applications, and a robust Management Portal for managing network policies.
The Profile Manager SDKs for iOS and Android manage network configurations and simplify the user onboarding process.
The SDK may be embedded into any third-party application to simplify the steps the end-user takes to connect: zero-touch in Android and one-touch in iOS.
The following types of networks are supported:
You can use the Management Portal to enter the network configuration data required by the Profile Manager SDKs on devices. Policies (sets of network data) can be generated for different use cases.
Each policy contains all the core information required to generate the device network configurations, including:
You can suppress profile management for particular cellular operators or if other applications are installed on a device and set how often to check for updates and the specific device information to check.
The policy manager can also push notifications to devices to trigger updates automatically when policies are saved, or manually generated with an optional filter by OS, app version, and user identity.
Third-party developers can use the available alpha and beta channels for integration updates. These channels allow developers peace of mind and a place to configure and test updates without affecting the current production settings.
There are two ways to create authentication credentials in the Management Portal:
As well as in-app network provisioning with the SDK, we can also provide web-based profile delivery for iOS, Android, Windows 10 and MacOS operating systems. The delivery pages can be branded with your company logo.
Our Mobile “Find and Connect” apps include the SDK functionality to simplify the user onboarding process and these apps can be customized to match your company’s branding. The “Find” feature is also available without the SDK functionality so that you can show your users where your Wi-Fi service is available.
Use the form to request an on-demand video of our ConnectionAssist application and we’ll share our proof of concept for iOS that demonstrates:
+ Currently supports single PSK per SSID
++ Passpoint support in Android is dependent on device manufacturer and operating system version
