Our highly trained network support technicians are experts at solving issues involving Broadband Access (3rd Party T1, Cable DSL providers), network integrity and device responsiveness using remote management tools included in our Broadband Authentication Platform (BAP).
The CompTia Network & Server Support certified professionals will monitor your network at all times via our color-coded SNMP status and associated open trouble tickets. They quickly isolate network issues, configure changes remotely and work with on-site staff to reboot or review equipment statuses. They’re responsible for coordinating with property managers for physical inspections and power cycles of suspected on-premise equipment and initiating warm handoffs to Internet Service Providers (ISP) for suspected broadband performance issues.
If needed, our network support technicians can escalate support calls to on-site support technicians.
